Our love affair with chocolate wasn't born in a supermarket aisle, but on the quaint cobblestones of Brussels. It was there, during a magical chocolate-making class, that we first witnessed the alchemy of transforming raw cacao beans into decadent treats. Surrounded by the intoxicating aroma of melted chocolate and the clinking of tempering machines, we knew we had stumbled upon something special.

Little did we know that this trip wouldn't just be a holiday souvenir, it would be the spark that ignited a passion for the art of chocolate making. Back home, the supermarket bars simply wouldn't do anymore. We craved the silky smooth texture, depth of flavour, the control over ingredients, and the sheer satisfaction of creating something delicious from scratch.

We are starting small and only making for family, friends and work colleagues whilst we get things up and running. We will look to include postage options in the near future.
